COSTA MESA, Calif. – Men’s and women’s cross country competed this weekend at Vanguard for their fifth invitational of the season. Cesar Rodriguez led the Sunbird men with his 14th place finish to help them finish 9th overall.
Jessica Suddaby was the women’s highest finisher at 72nd.
In the team standings, the men finished 14th (Rodriguez), 42nd (Josh Hodges), 49th (Marvin Ortiz), 54th (Carlos Huerta) and 65th (Alex Reyes).
The Sunbirds next run will be on Saturday, October 24 at the Biola Invitational.
